Membership Application Form

Membership:

All Langley preschool aged children (newborn to 6 years) are eligible to join.  Once a month, through their older siblings' school or through the regular mail, your child will receive a gently-used book, donated by a local family from our own Langley School District Community.  Your child's membership begins when you register for our book club and ends when he/she enters Grade One and has full access to his/her school's library.

Little Readers Book Club will only use your contact information to update you with information concerning our book club or upcoming events within Langley School District.  We will not sell or share any of your contact information with other companies or organizations.
